Quarrels with the Sky is a work that started while I was in the purgatory of waiting, one evening. (There’s a surprising number of things one can accomplish while waiting for things, I like to write fiction if I can.)
This story is an urban fantasy story involving a girl named Madeline who discovers that she has lost her mother and in the same hour meets a very strange and appealing man who seems equally surprised that she’s able to see and remember him.
This book is a work-in-progress while I figure out how I like this straight brain-to-release format. (Also while I try to figure out which version of the software ate the second chapter.) Comments and critique are most welcome!
